Et paradis for kalde, stive kropper og ledd! Endelig har jeg fått prøve det jeg har hørt om så lenge! (og trenger ikke reise helt til Sandnes for å oppleve det, men dette er et tilbud rett i nærheten). Hot Yin Yoga skal jeg aldri gi slipp på!

I have been to Hot Yoga Stavanger a couple of times and always had a great experience and I highly recommend it. There are variety of courses for those who would like to relax or to challenge themselves. The combination between yoga and warmth is perfect and you will feel completely relaxed and stress free after a session. This and Ali's kindness will definitely bring me back to this experience.

I am from Houston, TX and am visiting Stavanger with my husband, who is working on a project. I knew I wanted to get exercise in on my trip here, and a local recommended Hot Yoga Stavanger. I booked a an inferno + yin yoga class and went off on my way!The studio was very welcoming, and loaned me a yoga mat. The class was INTENSE! I loved it! The instructor was encouraging and used verbal cues to make sure the exercise form was being properly executed. The class format was intense 30 second bursts of movement followed by 15 seconds of rest. Half way through, I needed to take a longer break, but as soon as I was able, jumped back in! All of the movements were safe and standard, but the heat in the rooms adds a new layer of challenge. The yin stretching at the end was heavenly.I’m not sure if I will have time for a second visit, but I hope to go again next time I’m in Stavanger! It was easy to find, a good price, and a very effective workout. Highly recommend.
