A truly awesome badminton club! Having moved to Bergen in 2020, I did an extensive search for where I could get some court action. Out of all the clubs I enquired at, Djerv was friendly and quick to reply. And most importantly, the court is located right in the heart of Bergen city and easily accessed through Train and Bus (Nearby stops: Møhlenpris and Florida). Games are on Tuesdays, Thursday, and Sundays. There are 5 courts and we play only with premium feather corks. When told the membership fee I almost fell over! This is definitely the best value for money in Bergen! Every player can hold their own on a court and you're guaranteed to have a great game. The level of sportsmanship is unlike any other club I've seen. Games are all friendly and taken seriously, if you're a beginner or you're looking for an aggressively competitive club, this is the right place for you. The social aspect of the club is also amazing. The club provides free access to tournaments conducted by other competitive clubs in and around Bergen.
