Hi. I'm having SERIOUSLY ANNOYING issues with a product that I have purchased from Lenovo recently.I bought a Lenovo IdeaPad 700. The serial number IS NOT ACCEPTED when trying to register this product on my profile, so I can't get any support.Also, when I log into my Lenovo account, it works from Chrome, but not from Internet Explorer, where I'm thrown into a IIS error message.The Lenovo Brige is a crappy spyware app, and does not work for detecting my serial number either.My SDXC Card reader ejects my SD card without any notice, so I CAN'T USE IT RELIABLY.My back-lit keyboard keeps flashing like a fluorescent lamp about to die out, so I CAN'T USE IT with lights turned on.IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH TECHNICAL SUPPORT AT LENOVO What is this crap??? Get real people!!!

How many Lenovo technicians do you need to fix one brand new computer? Now we are at 4, but still counting.Tech. No 1 - came, saw the problem, left.Tech. No 2 - came, but had no tools to fix, left.Tech. No 3 - came, changed the HDD, but broke the screen during the process.Tech. No 4 - came, changed the screen, but had no Windows Install kit to install on the previously changed HDD.Brand new computer, bought one month ago, worked 0 seconds. Lenovo refuses to change it. Thank you Lenovo :)
