I do not recommend this online store ... I placed an order on May 19 ... On May 24, I contacted by phone and e-mail asking about my order. A customer service employee lied to me that the package was sent but THERE IS NO ANY NUMBER of the package because it is a small package ... Finally, the package WAS SENT after a week exactly May 27 and physically at my address I picked up the goods on June 1 ... which I could see in posten application . Not only is the shipment of a tiny item very expensive (compared to other stores), you have to wait 2 more weeks for getting the goods. Time was important to me and I could order the goods elsewhere and I would certainly get it faster ... Even for packages from Zalando, you do not have to wait so long and sometimes it is international transport ... Here I order from the Vivamart store located in Norway and wait for the product 2 weeks ... Tragedy

Incompetent service. Messed the orders twice. Quantity delivered was less than what was advertised. The frustration and disappointment of a messed order will outweigh the comfort of home delivery.1. If an item you ordered is not available at the Asian stores in Oslo (but vivamart website says it is available) they make random substitution. I ordered Amla and it was not available at the Oslo stores (but was available in vivamart website) and I ended up with extra coconuts. I would rather prefer a refund than having stuff that I don't need.2. Ordered Abhirami white rice flour but they delivered Abhirami parboiled rice flour for puttu that is red in colour. They are not the same. It is like apples and oranges.3. Ordered 500 gm raw mango but received only 430 gm. Ordered 500 gm raw banana but received only 460 gm.4. They asked us to leave a note to buy items that is available in Abhirami store at Oslo but not available in Vivamart website. I left a note for 10 kg rice during the checkout but the note didn't reach them.5. Frozen items will reach you pretty much defrosted because they don't use insulated bags or boxes.Terrible customer support. Made a complaint on 20 Jun. Didn't receive a response to that email till 22 Jun. Made a follow-up call on 22 Jun.
