Aeroflot Russian Airlines

Normaly I would give them 5, because of the good service they provid earlier. But one of the flights I had with them was a real nightmare. I had to sitt om a broken chair from Dubai to Moscow. The flight was full, so there were no other seats in the economy section, but they refused to change my seat to a business class. The flight attendants on that flight were terrible. Sended my complain to customer service, they were even worse.

Poor Communication/ rude services/ no reply for anything you ask them......I have never travelled with any worse airline than this... totally a disaster to travel with them

Only fly with this company if you have a death wish.
