I had an idea of making a custom piece for my proposal. So I looked around and ended up having a call with Jenny at Nangi. What stood out for me was not only that she listened in on what I wanted, but also that she was able to give me suggestions on how to improve the design I wanted and why (not easy to do with me since I am very picky, taste wise).The whole process went on fairly quick (despite covid lockdowns) and smooth. They were very responsive and eager to make me happy with my order. I also need to point out the patience they had when dealing with my design and to get it exactly the way I wanted it!And the rings both look amazing and feel like they will hold over time.I would give Nangi 6 stars if I could. Seriously :)
