I have been wearing the Grieg watch for a few weeks now. It sits well on my wrist and I really like the simplicity of the design. I also really like the strap, it is thick and feels like great quality.

Unfortunately, there are scammers.After the payment for the watches and delivery by website, they decide to make the delivery themselves (without tracking, contrary to the terms that I have been accepted at the moment of purchase and terms displayed on the website) and the watches have been “lost in the mailbox” under strange circumstances. Although according to the time of “dropped in the mailbox”, I was on the road to the house and checked the mailbox.After complaint, BERG continued to claim that they delivered, although there were no proofs of it. And on the next day I wrote to them BERG decided to blame me and not answer on my email anymore. Even for such a simple question as: why, if indeed the delivery was made contrary to the terms, I was not notified about it? - was left unanswered. 

Broke the terms, didn’t send the watches, blame the customers and keeping the silence after that? Is it the good customer services @berg?I believe they are blame and cheated me and I'm hoping if not my word but the court and the police words will improve the BERG service.

They remove bad comments from their site. So will try to share my story here

I've never experienced a watch of this quality for such a good price. 5/5, top notch!
