Although my flight just had a view minutes delay, the last bus just left. I was stranded at the airport without any information and service provided. I travelled a lot in my life but I never experienced such a disastrous service. Even when I called them they even refused to refund my ticket. Complete disaster! They are only still operating because of their monopoly status in Stavanger...

I've made a mistake on choosing the date, and it's not changable/refundable.It's easy to add one line to purchase terms and conditions, it's slightly more challanging to be good at actual customer support & service.Will of course change this review if the situation improves in the future.

It's only fair to make tickets changable at least for half an hour after a purchase. Mistakes happen.
