Strandbuda Souvenir

I went in as just looking, but was mesmerized with all the fantastic souvenirs they have at this store....gifts for everyone!.. I was helped by Agnes, her experience, kindness, friendliness and patience, contributed to make the right choices buying the gifts.... all my relatives and friends, loved the souvenirs!Highly recommend this place, great customer service!

Lieu assez drôle et farfelue.On y trouve tout type de produits. La boutique est assez sombre mais bon elle est situé juste au pied de la vieille ville.Les vendeurs sont souriants et pro.

Polecam! Świetny sklep znajdujący się w samym sercu Stavanger. Sympatyczni pracownicy są bardzo pomocni. Na pewno tam znajdziesz coś dla siebie, co posłuży Ci na lata. Ja mam kilka perełek z tego sklepu i jestem z nich bardzo zadowolona.

Today we were heading to the airport early and we were in a rush. We wanted to grab a few souvenirs before heading out and the Google hours show that they open at 9 am. However, they were still closed at 9 30 am but when they finally opened Agnes the attendant explained that the hours are dependent on the ships docking etc considering it's a small town . She was so sweet and kind and she was very welcoming. She also showed me how to claim the taxes back that I paid on my bills. She also gave me two souvenir cards as a thank you. Thank you so much Agnes it was pleasure meeting you.

Souvenir shop charging rip off exchange rate for euro, while processing illegal currency exchange. Your receipt is in Norway krona and they make about 20% rake.When asked to allow me to have my euro back and pay by card instead, the girl, who is a manager refused and start raiding her voice. Not pleasant first impression!

Lovely Norwegian souvenir shop with helpful staff and reasonable pricing. Huge range of products available and within easy walking distance of the cruise terminal. The shop is part of the Global Blue Tax scheme.
