ROEST - Professional Sample Roaster

They make high quality (100g) sample coffee roasters. It's bundled with a lot of sensors, and their IoT approach to roasting beans is really great. You can watch a live view of different metrics, like the bean temperature and when the first crack was registered. The roasters can be loaded with a custom configurations that makes it follow the given temperature profile, and the roasting can be a totally automatic process if you want. The trip to their office is worth while. Their expertise in the field is amazing! They even have a beer tap on their wall-mounted coffee roaster!

I haven’t (yet) been to Roest HQ in Olso, but I am lucky enough to have a little piece of Norway with me here in our wonderful shop in Frankfurt and because of that, I am regularly in contact with the team from Roest with all my questions and queries about their awesome machines. Their tireless effort in dealing with my hundreds of technical questions is worth 4 out of 5 stars. The 5th star? Not only is their team great at what they do but they are really nice about it too!’’P.S. The Best Part: I answered my emails *and* posted this review while doing my Job roasting coffee...
