Bilutleie drevet av samme gjeng som avis

Hyrde en bil i 4 dager men blev debutert for 5 siden personalet på Gardemoen stasjon registrerte in min bil 45 minutter etter jeg leverte den. Etter 4 timer telefonkø er det tydeligvis en sak mellom Budget kundeservice og personalet på stasjonen. Jeg har ringet Budget på Gardemoen og spurt hva jeg ska gjøre, de bad om unnskyldning og sa det var en menneskelig feil fra de. Jeg sa att de bør sjekke kameraet i garasjen før att bekrefte att bilen stod parkert når den skulle. Er redd før att dette kan bli en lang jakt før å få tilbake mine penger.

Lang kø og det brukes min 5-10 min pr kunde. Helt ufattelig at det ikke er mulig å få til dette mer smooth

Why is everybody had a bad review?? Mine was excellent. Thanks to the handsome boy for upgrading the car from yaris to citroen. The rental was smooth. Everything is fine. Thank you very much. Will come back in future.

My experience with Budget Oslo airport was a mixed bag. The lovely young man on the counter when I arrived, (10pm) Christer, was a wonderful help. He went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable with the whole process and calm my worries. Friendly, professional and very welcoming. No question was too silly or small. Unfortunately, maybe due to my lack of knowledge of cars, the car I ordered online and the one I was assigned did not meet my needs or expectations. He helped with finding me one that was suitable with zero hassle. The new car was much better, but still he came out, set my worries at ease and went over it all with me to make sure we logged what was already damaged. With an important meeting to attend the following morning, and already having been there for nearly an hour with the car changes, my worries were lessened by his help.Maybe Budget as a company needs to follow up on a few of their processes and actions, but Christer as a sales person is a 10/10 would be his customer again, thank you :)

Litt lang kø, ellers er det bare bra.

There’s no car for our reservation and the staff till us that we can cancel the booking if we don’t want to wait while we have already waiting for more than one hour. They also said this happened all the time and it’s not their fault.

Booked a car for 4 days for 26 May 2022 08:30 until 29 May 2022 19:30.I returned the car on time and they charged me for 5 days and added late return extra fee, saying I returned the car next morning...Contacted support, at first they were trying to solve the issue, then no reply anymore at all. I called them twice, assured me they'll take care of it. Nothing.I'm now disputing this with my bank and opened a complaint with the European Consumer Center against them.
