We are Manon and Vincent, we are French, and we organized our wedding in August 2022 in Norway with 55 guests. We contacted Anne Lill Stene, from Stene Matglede, to take care of our festive meal.We immediately liked his profile. We communicated from a distance and she gave good advice to us (who did not know Norwegian wedding meals). She is a lovely person, full of life and happiness, with great projects ! All communication was fluid, organized, efficient.We really appreciated that she offered us a local meal, highly inspired by nature, with beautiful flowery plates. She works with fresh, local products, from short circuits ; but also with what it gleans from nature : it’s so much in our values !On the day of wedding, Anne Lill arrived very organized and efficient.She made a delicious meal with original and fine appetizers, a starter, and a delicious main course. Plates were beautiful, hearty, flowery, and really tasty. Our French guests were able to discover the flavors of Norway.She then made a dessert that was as beautiful as it was good ! She completely met our expectations.

 (It was exactly what I imagined)We also hope to meet her again one day, to enjoy one of these meals … or for her to teach us how to glean in nature with her.Once again, Anne Lill, TUSEN TAKK for everything !You made the happiness to delight 55 very gourmand French people !Vi ses snart !

Fantastisk treretters vegetarmiddag til 70 personer og en herlig service til vårt bryllup. Engasjementet for bærekraft ble godt representert gjennom kortreist og sesongbasert mat.Absolutt å anbefale!

Kan anbefale å delta på matkurs hos Stene Matglede. Anne-Lill er utrolig dyktig og inspirerende og jeg lærte masse nytt. Vi lagde mange gode retter og maten smakte utrolig godt. Flott lokale med stort kjøkken hvor vi lagde mat hele tiden med Anne-Lills veiledning og mange tips. Kommer tilbake på nytt kurs.
