the way up was exhausting, smooth rocks, sometimes slippery but we stayed on the way.On top, the view was amazing, could have stayed there forever.The way down was difficult, we once got lost, but found the blue colour/markers, as we walked back up.All in all it was worth the time and effort

Beautiful view on the valley holding Bø and Gvarv, view over Nordsjø. On the other side, Lifjell. Easy to hike, due to ice on the top a bit dangerous and cold during winter.
