Für mich definitiv eine der drei besten Lounges in Europa, bemerkenswert für einen kleinen Flughafen wie Bergen. Immer extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, ausgesprochen geschmackvolles Interiordesign, hochwertige und leckere Snacks, gute Getränkeauswahl, meist sehr entspannt. Immer eine Freude. Kompliment.

We have just been refused entrance by a rude member of the staff, with the excuse that the lounge is not for Norwegian Air travellers. This is NOT what your website says - it says it's open to anyone for a fee - nor what you said when we asked for confirmation through email before our arrival.

Fin louge med masse sitteplasser, soveplasser. Er bra utvalg av mat og frukt. Utsikt over flyplassen. Synd de ikke fullautomatikk, vi scanner bordingkort. De trenger i tillegg kundenr også.

The best airport lounge in Norway and the whole Scandinavians.The lounge is very spaces and has a lot of seats.The staff was super friendly, I stopped there for 2 hours and was my best lounge so far.The food is good, and they have a lot of options, even they have fresh HUMMUS.*You can enter the lounge with AMEX or gold Star allaince if you travel with some of airlines like Lufthansa.Thank you.

Very decent business class lounge with a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food options. Drink selection includes wine (red/white/sparkling/rose) and beer.We visited on a Wednesday morning and the lounge was almost empty.

I got thrown out since I had an domestic flight. The domestic Lounge is closed for a very long time now and is not opening again. If they close one they should at least not throw u out if u are a member :/ worst Lounge ever

I've just been refused (in a rude way) to enter the lounge because I was travelling with Norwegian airlines and, apparently, it's not open for Norwegian Air travellers. However, on your website it's stated (and I quote): The lounge is open to all passengers for a fee of NOK 350
