The Stay Nygård - Serviced Apartments

The apartment (nr 8, on the 4th floor and no elevator) was ok for our family of four with one bedroom with a double bed and one living room/kitchen area with a sofa bed for two. It was clean when we arrived, so no complaints there!Outside the front door the rubbish bins were overflowing though… not very nice.The apartment lacked some basic things and the feeling was the owners had high ambitions when renovating but then didn’t manage to keep it up all the way. In the hall way the renovation isn’t finished.The bathroom had a nice double shower but no drying rack / towel dryer and the soap container was meant to be in a wall hanged dispenser but there was no actual dispenser… also there are lamps in the mirror but they’re not working. There are no bed lamps in the bedroom and a framed picture hasn’t been put up on the wall yet. The kitchen has ni strainer (lots of tourists want to boil pasta!) no dish brush and no cutlery box. Two out of three blinds are broken.The chairs had been taken out to make room for the sofa bed (at least I assume there must be chairs…?) so we had to sit on the bed and eat. Maybe take out the coffee table next time since there’s a folded dining table?The flat was ok but if some basic issues were dealt with it would be a lot better.

Would have given zero stars if that was an option because there was a lot of malfunctioning facilities in the apartment and their service was very bad. Bedroom doors won't close, the sofa bed mattress was dirty, extractor fan doesn't work, alarm keeps going off so we can't cook and there was just three chairs for four person. There was also an open pipe in the bathroom that would give off smell, and the digital lock on the apartment door was really difficult to use. We tried to get a frying pan, an extra chair and the extractor fixed by calling their number but it would just go to voicemail, and their reply to messages was slow and did not solve the problems.

Waited nearly +1hour for the apartment. Host needs to manage better.

엘레베이터가 없는것 빼고는 다 맘에 들었어요. 큰마트랑 Nygard 트램역도 바로앞에 있고요. 근데 테라스랑 세탁기는 어디있는지 몰라서 못썼어요. 커피머신이랑 원두, 소금, 식기세척기, 유튜브 가능한 TV, 각종 식기구 모두 유용하게 잘썼습니다.

Vi hadde et veldig bra opphold. Vi hadde en leilighet på 1 soverom beliggende i 3 etasje. Trappeoppgangen er litt smal og trappen er ganske bratt, så den egner seg nok ikke for eldre mennesker, eller dersom man er litt dårlig til bens. Når vi kom i leiligheten lå det en liten velkomstgave på kjøkkenet, i form av en melkesjokolade og kaffe. Det var bra. Leiligheten er moderne og delikat. Rengjøringen var bra. Vi fikk 2 sett med håndklær. Fin kombinert stue og kjøkken, fint soverom og et pent bad. Leiligheten er ikke så stor, men passer fint til en weekend eller langhelg for 2 personer. Wifi kunne vært bedre. Litt dårlig signal inn til soverommet og noe lav hastighet. Myke senger. Dobbeltseng er ca 150 cm. Det er TV i leilighet men det er ikke noen live TV signaler. Skal du se på TV anbefaler jeg å ta med en Google Chromecast eller Apple TV, og streame fra mobil, iPad eller PC. Bra beliggenhet i et relativt stille og rolig område. Leiligheten ligger ca 10 minutters gangavstand fra sentrum. Det er flere matbutikker i kort gangavstand fra leiligheten. Nærmeste er en Bunnpris butikk bare 1 minutt unna leiligheten. Dialog med utleier foregår digitalt, og du får tilsendt kode til utgangsdør og leiligheten.Alt i alt et bra opphold, og vi kommer gjerne igjen en annen gang også.

Entrance was spoiled by overflowing garbage bins, windows were very dirty. There was an oven top, but no frying pan. A cooking oven but no oven mitts. A sink, but no dishwashing equipment. And no kitchen paper whatsoever.

Than, let’s see… THERE WAS A DOG in our room before us, and they couldn’t clean at all… I saw dog hair on the sofa. The Wi-Fi is bad, there is no washing machine is I saw…
