This was the worse service ever. We had booked an appartment and when we went to check in they had maintainance issue with the door codes. So me and another person couldn't access the building. I called them serveral times and got different codes but none was working. They then told me they would call back but they didn't. They didn't even conact through the company I booked it through. So I called them once again and got a code that worked for the entrance. Then we couldn't get the in to the appartment door. Same bad service there. How is no one able to come out and help?? And besides that I got a text that someone had clenead the appartment during that time. Either they're lying or why couldn't that person just let us in?? Worse service ever. Cancelled the reservation and would never book an appartmebt through this company ever again.
