Rob is truly dedicated to his customers. He has helped me with repairs to damaged frames and has put new lenses in both new and old frames for me. I heard about Rob Optikk from Hoffmann eyewear. I sought someone out with experience with buffalo horn frames. I live in Oslo, so I sent my glasses to Ringebu. Indeed Rob is very good at working with this specialty material! In the past I had had problems with other opticians who didn't know how to work with buffalo horn, despite the fact that they claimed they did. But Rob absolutely knows what he's doing and you can trust him with your frames and lenses. He is very generous with his time and you can tell he really cares about quality frames and customer service. I highly recommend Rob Optikk!
