It's a very good and cheap apartment. The rooms are clean and big. There was an oven, a water heater and a cutlery. The W-Lan was good to. It looks very modern from inside and it is good reachable with public transport, but you have to check-in and -out in the hotel, but it's not far away. Only problem, our sink was broken.If you want to go to Oslo and don't want to pay too much, I would suggest you to go to Saga Apartments Oslo"."

The apartment itself was well kept however the lift getting to the top floor was very slow which if you arrive as people leave or arrive means you will have quite the wait. The registration process was simple although if you aren't keen on walking you likely will have to do the short 2 minute drive back to reception. Its reasonably well located and our car was secure, my only issue with the room was that it was open plan so if you happen to cook anything with a smell i imagine you will have to sleep with bed linen smelling of whatever you cooked.

The room was so gloomy and depressing. The bathroom has a glass door with little privacy. Location is alright and free parking is available, but I am not sure it's always guaranteed. You will need to check-in in a different building, which is very inconvenient. A washing machine is available downstairs.

Ive had a nice stay...They have public use of laudry machines.Linen are available anytime needed.Very accessible location to anywhere else.Close to a supermarket

Et godt rom, rent og ryddig, som passer oss som besøker familie og venner, for juledagene og andre begivenheter. Egen, rolig, privat frokost, hvor vi etterpå beveger oss ut i byen, for lunsj og senere til familie for middag og samvær. Sentralt plassert nær Majorstuen og gangavstand til sentrum. Tilbake i «hybelleiligheten» hvor vi avslutter dagen, med kanskje litt tv-titting og mulig snacks. Dette passer våres «rytme», så vi trives veldig godt her i Saga Apartments.

Likes: The hotel is at an excellent location, very clean, quite area, a well-equipped kitchen and a satisfactory overall experience.Dislikes: The key retrieval process was unclear, requiring a visit to Saga Hotel, and the small-sized lift was inconvenient.

We checked in at 10pm and upon getting in the room they gave us, we realized there were people sleeping in there! We called them and we were asked to go back to the reception (500m away) to pick up different key cards. Then, they realized they were overbooked and gave us a free upgrade" on the 7th floor after mentioning that the elevator is "unfortunately" out of service. Not to mention that we were carrying multiple heavy luggage

Want some very bad experience? Here you have it. First, i was sleeping at 11.00, very tired. Two people open the door and ask me to leave their room. Aparently the reception has given the room to two different people. Second, they change my room, but to a room in seventh floor, but guess what! The elevator is not working! And when I ask them why, their reply is that people even walk in Paris?!?! And the rooms are dirty and tiny. The breakfast was terrible. And no parking ofcourse, only 10 spots for 50 aparments... terrible lighting. I cant write enough....

Nice place, helpful staff, very good breakfast. Very clean. Location very good. Very quiet area. We liked everything about this hotel except perhaps the showers. The showers are microscopic - like you might expect on a cruise ship, maybe. Still - nice place, recommend.
