So surprisingly delicious- was not expecting how excellent this would be. The bratwurst was so good- the bread was perfect- soft, warm but also crispy- high quality sausage, and the toppings of onions, sauerkraut and mustard perfected it.

Today I tried a Bratwurst, anticipating a good sausage with german sauerkraut. Sausage was delicious, spicy mustard, delicious. I could hardly find any sauerkraut. Instead it had lots of ruccula which wasn’t even listed. Very disappointing. I will be searching further for and authentic german bratwurst.

You know those associations you have to hotdogs in buns? Leave them all at home. This is something else entirely. This is a straight-up gourmet meal cleverly disguised as a hotdog, made by someone who really takes pride in their craft. It’s not only the best street food I’ve ever had in Oslo, but among the top 5 street food experiences I’ve had anywhere in the world.
