Fin kirke jeg så på veien :) Var visst noe guidet tur og sånn der tror jeg.Fin parkeringsplass med mye plass som kan være ett fint sted å stoppe på veien til hvorhen du er på vei :)

Highly recommend - there is parking for cars and campers so you can park without a problem The church itself is an architecture masterpiece - I would recommend the guided tour as there are very interesting facts around it. Right next to the church there's coffee shop from where you can get tickets for the Heddal starve which also includes two exhibitions.In general - very nice and interesting place!

I think it's one of the oldest churches in Norway and in my opinion it's scale, look, history is really worth checking out

Very beautiful church, very unique. Worth a visit. It's just a quick stop along the road, with free parking. Temporarily closed, but you can walk around the cemetery and around the church for free. Definetly worth a visit.

Really cool to see this church built so long ago. We loved the gift shops and we had some of thier desserts as a treat during our visit.

The largest remaining stave church in Norway. Truly stunning piece of architecture and a terrific way to get to know Norwegian traditional craft, including some magnificent wood carving by the entrances of the church.

It is a special place! The sight of the building will give you goosebumps. There are stories about how this church was build.

Really amazing workmanship in the construction of this large stave church. We had already been inside another one so didn't pay to look inside. The area around also has a bell tower and nice statue.

Its really beautiful, next to the main road, great for a 20 minutes stop!! 110 nok entrance
