I like them. The whole team. I always got a very nice service each time I needed help. No problems with blood tests when needed, nor with referrals. It is always very to the point, without sugarcoating or such - but this makes it fast and efficient. I can’t complain about waiting times either - yes, sometimes there are delays but it is usually fast and I am in and out of the building in 30 minutes. Even tho I don’t speak norwegian, staff is super patient and I don’t feel like I am misunderstood.

Dr Khorsidi har sin praksis her, han er frekk og nedlatende. Han gjør narr av folk sine problemer og opptrer lite empatisk og lyttende i møte med sine pas.

Jeg hadde ikke satt meg ned i stolen en gang før jeg fikk beskjed om at jeg ikke hadde noen ting her å gjøre for meg enda det er han som vikarierer for Ravneberg. Jeg fikk beskjed om å skifte lege med en gang og ikke komme tilbake nå flere ganger da han kunne ta noe annet enn akutt tilfeller fra Ravneberg som skal være borte i flere mnd. Du føler deg bhandlet som spedalsk .

Best clinic in Oslo, tried several. Both the doctors and the staff are very professional, respectful, nice and approachable people and are always willing to help. Both my doctor and her temporary replacement are fantastic, empathetic people. Every single one of my problems was taken seriously, unlike at other places. If you are used to the European health systems in which someone actually helps you and doesn't tell you cannot get checked or tested because you are too young to be sick" and doesn't google your symptoms in front of you

I am really satisfied by the GP and the Dr Khorshidi is very kind, attentive and competent. And the girl at the reception is very understanding and the nurse is nice also.
