It is with great regret that I bring to your attention the utterly deplorable behavior and attitude I encountered during my visit.I had brought my son to the salon with hopes of getting him a much-needed haircut. However, I was met with unimaginable hostility and disdain from the cutter assigned to us. Shockingly, this individual not only refused to provide my son with a haircut but also displayed a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. Moreover, when I sought assistance from the cutter in resolving the matter, he callously dismissed my concerns and suggested I escalate the issue to the management.Such behavior from a representative of your esteemed establishment is absolutely unacceptable and disheartening. As a loyal customer, I have always held Cutters in high regard for its excellent service and commitment to customer satisfaction. Beste opplevelsen med Cutters noen sinne sålangt. En dyktig dame-frisør fra Hellas har klippet meg akkurat, som jeg ønsket meg. Og hun brukte hele 15 minutter på det. Jeg er meget fornøyd!Skulle ønske hun kan være min faste frisør!MvhKevin G

Hyggelige ansatte. Jeg fikk nøyaktig den sveisen jeg ba om og ble fornøyd med den.

Jeg spirte om 2 cm av og fikk 5 cm av og ble skamklipt. Dårlig service og de snakket ikke noe norsk

Veldig fornøyd med hårklippen i mars i år. Frisøren som var fra kroatia spurte meg hvilken frisyre jeg ønsket. Hun kom også med gode anbefalinger. Veldig fornøyd med opplevelsen og resultatet!
