Den som får terapi lærer å bli mer glad i seg selv, ved å kommunisere med sitt "indre barn"/sine følelser. (Du sitter med øynene igjen under hele terapien og får dermed lettere tak i følelser og minnebilder som trenger å bearbeides.)

Victoria has helped me get in touch with parts of myself that have been buried since childhood due to trauma. She provides a safe and supportive space to explore the traumatic events and get in touch with the emotions connected to them. I never know where a session with Victoria will take me, but it's always exactly where I needed to go at that time. I felt a lot of energy move during and after my last session, and the next day was filled with positivity and energy. I had a challenging situation in my life, with betrayal, lies and rejection. I was living with a terrible feeling in my gut, feeling paralyzed. Unable to eat, sleep, work, or do anything at all to lift myself out of this dark hole.After one single session with Victoria, everything dissolved. The horrible feeling in my gut dissappeared during this session, and I gained an understanding of why I had reacted so badly to this situation, which helped me get out of it, stronger, and more confident.This change led to a whole chain reaction of positive turns in my life - and led me to where I am today - in an absolutely amazing place. It removed whatever blocked me from creating the life I wanted. Now, I am living my best life.I am ever greatful for this transformative session. Thank you so much!!! Love <3
