Worst customer service I have ever gotten. There were 2people working and 1client in the store wjen me and my mom walked in, i had been so excited to finally go to that store as i wanted to get my self some rings. When we got in me and my mother didnt get a greeting nor a smile we looked around and finally we found where the rings were, still the 2salespersons did not want to acknowledge us and had all their focus on the other client. I asked to try on a ring n how much it was the guy then put the ring angrily on a display where i could try it and didnt even finish the short sentance of saying how much the ring was i needed to try on a different size so we tryed looking at the employees but they had no desire to help us at all. So Tom Wood obliviously dont wanted me as a customer and it made me sad as i really had been looking forward to get myself new rings but i will never ever shop with this brand again. Dont go there.
