One of the best places for students to live in Bergen. Excellent location to reach city centre or go for a hike, beautiful views from the windows. Spacious rooms, most of the kitchens are renewed. Everything you need for a comfy life. Good pricing.

Alrek is lit! Alrek is a great place to meet exchange students and meet new people in the common areas in the basement. Club Alrek is a legendary party venue with a lot of history.

Decent student housing complex in Bergen. The cheapest accommodation among all SAMMEN buildings. Haukeland hospital and Dental clinic are nearby. There's a bus stop just across the street and connectivity to city centre and Bybanen tram station is frequent

The building is maintained fairly well considering how old it is (built in the 1950s, I believe), but many of the students living here don't seem to care about the hygiene and cleanliness of the public area.The shared kitchen was full of trash and infested with flies when I moved in. The management took care of the trash, but there are still flies.The rent is cheap (kr2900 + electricity), so this might be what you get for what you pay.

It was a beautiful view starting from cable car. When we was in Ulrikken. We seen alot of cloudy from Ulrikken, when we wait 10 to 15 minutes than we have seen spectacular Bergen city view.
