Hallaisen er noe av det beste Bergen har å by på! Ingenting sier Bergen som iskrem hele året med smaker som skillingsbolle, vietnamesisk kaffe og basilikum, men også selvfølgelig sjokolade og mangosorbet. Det er gjør ypperlige cocktails, er et bra sted å henge både på dagtid og kveldstid.

Great small batch, simple, high milk fat ice cream without all the fuss. Longish wait but only because it’s so popular as the scoopers work fast.There’s a patio in the back to enjoy the ice cream if you want to sit down.

Kanskje Norges mest spennede og smakfulle is. Et MUST når solen skinner i Bergen.Ta med tålmodighet og god kø kultur for her må du ut for å skifte mening. Vel verd noen minutter i kø!

The ice cream here is pretty good but very simple. The flavors are plain and there aren’t very many offered. They were out of cones (though the sign seemed like it had been there for a while so maybe they don’t even offer cones and use that as an excuse). The wood spoons you have to eat the ice cream with really leave your mouth tasting like wood. Definitely need to stock some cones here!

The only ice cream shop worth trying in Bergen. It is very obvious that they use real & quality ingredients. The selection is not so wide but since they try to use proper vanilla, coffee, nuts etc. it is understandable. We tried Madagaskar vanilla, Sicilian pistachio, hazelnut, Vietnam coffee and skilling. My favourites were hazelnut, coffee and skilling. Flavourful and nice texture.Note: A bit expensive indeed.

Some of the most amazing ice cream at this parlor! I had the earl grey & brunost, both were fantastic and would absolutely come back again for.
