Inner Therapy

I didn't expect to find Inner Therapy, but I'm so glad I did. I had just moved to Oslo, literally hours ago, and was feeling physically, mentally and emotionally exhausted. I did a quick Google search for Reiki in Oslo and found Maria. Not sure what to expect, I showed up for my first session. I knew afterward that I would come back — every week since!This isn't just a business for Maria; she lives and breathes the care she offers people. This shows in both her holistic, lifestyle approach to wellness, and in little touches, such as the basket of aromatherapeutic scents she kept so that I could choose a different one for each session depending on what I needed that day. What I appreciated most was the energy of calm, compassion, and positivity that Maria brought to Inner Therapy, which I found contagious and therapeutic.At the same time, I also like that Maria is grounded, up-to-date, and competent. The way I connected with Inner Therapy shows this: through her website, was in both Norwegian and English, easy to use, and easy to search (synced up with Google). When I reached out, Maria was responsive, communicative, and accommodating. Unlike other places, it was easy to set up an appointment quickly.I feel lucky to have found Maria, and to count her now as a friend. She's given me not only Reiki, but also lots of life insights and great conversations along the way. Highly recommend Inner Therapy :)
