Our guide Arlene Lindbichler was wonderful!! She had a plan for us but when we told her there were a couple of things we wanted to see, she rerouted and added some places she thought we would find interesting. She was extremely informative, not only about the sites, but about the culture as well. Would do it all over again!

the visit was supposed to be on sustainable buildings, but nothing has been told about that subject.The communication between the bureau and the guide is very bad: the guide did not know he had a French group; he did not have my phone number.The guide did not know what to show us.

Our group of 11 adults had a 3 hour private walking/transit tour with guide Line, and we were very, very pleased with it! Her enthusiasm and love of Oslo and its history were contagious, she hit just the right level of detail for us, and she was helpful in customizing the tour for us. We are very happy customers!
