Fyrstikktorget is the identity of Helsfyr and has great potential to become an urban oasis in Hovinbyen. Fyrstikktorget will become a social and inclusive meeting place for school pupils, employees and residents and will become a new destination for the city.

All around Fyrstkktorget is a very quiet neighborhood. The market has some different types of shops inside the building. Not crowded at all. Visited by a smaller group of neighborhoods. It is not clear whether other people who are not in the neighborhood come here for shopping. Not strategically placed.

Costly parking, often need to wait. Very much accessible by public transport (especially Metro).
