Sæbø Camping

Very well located, mediumsized campsite. Friendly and helpful staff. No fixed places, you can look for your own and if it fits to you, you can choose it. Not every place with electricity. Sanitary is ok, but not the modernest.Campsite is located directly between Hardangerfjord and Hardangervidda and just a few minutes away from Vøringsfossen. It is worth to visit.

We stayed in a cabin, it was warm, clean and comfortable. Our cabin had a hot plate and fridge. There were also some plates, mugs, and cutlery in the cabin and a container for the drinking water. The facilities were good. There was even a separate wash room with sinks to brush your teeth etc. You can use your payment card at reception to get 10 kroner coins for the showers. I think it was also possible to order breakfast rolls from reception but we didn’t. The showers were warm and relatively clean. The WiFi didn’t really work well for us but it wasn’t a problem for our visit. The views from the campsite were mindblowingly beautiful. The guys on reception were really nice and helpful. We hope to return asap! I would highly recommend this place, thank you for one of the best holidays I’ve had.

Helt greit å campe der. Vann, tømming av både gråvann og do, en liten resepsjon med litt is og sånn, kjøp av poletter til dusj, ellers kjøkken, oppvask og litt til. Lekeapparater til barn. Du kan velge med eller uten strøm til 50 kr. Ellers står du på mark og derfor lett å feste ting i bakken. Vi,2 pers, tok uten strøm kr 275

Uplanlagt overnatting i telt hos Sæbø camping grunnet punktert bil midt på natten. Tilfeldig så vi skiltet og slo camp.Dagen derpå fikk vi god service og tilbud om hjelp, alltid hyggelig med folk som tilbyr selv om jeg fikset alt selv mens unger og samboer koste seg med aktiviteter på området. Fantastisk områder å våkne på da vi entret plassen i bekmørke

First: I hope you tell the truth about the situation at the time. Second: I didn't notice your very small sign (no Polish) that this is a tent camp. Third: I didn't drive there on purpose. 4th: When my car got stuck in the grass and other friends who lived in the camp tried to help me, you stopped them from helping us! You keep pushing me to find a rescue vehicle. The tow truck arrived and I need to pay 1500 NOK to get my car out of the grass (about 3 meters away). Luckily, I called the Polish insurance company and the 1500 NOK was waived Fifth: When my car got stuck in the grass, it was ridiculous that another camper got stuck in the camp. That camper was not in the tent camp, but in the camp place .Your camp is up to you , you'd better fix up your campsite and your old, shabby toilets! (Additional payment is required for bathing)

Great place at the junction of 3 valleys. So views are amazing, next to lake so water warmer then in fiord. Sensible prices, great service. We enjoyed the 2 nights there very much

Great location! However just 8 wc for a huge camping and in pick hours water in showers is not really hot.

Very nice camping with an amazing view. With a tent I could chose my own spot, and there is a kitchen and sitting area you can use (and a lot of toilets and showers). Really recommendable!
