I don’t usually leave reviews but in this case I felt I had to. I came into this shop to buy an iPhone charger, I asked the person working there about what iPhone chargers they had available and even showed her my phone. They passed me a charger and said it was the correct one for iPhone, but when I got home I discovered it was for Samsung. Because the person at the shop told me it was definitely for iPhone I just ripped open the box meaning it then couldn’t be returned. Surely someone working at an electrical shop would be able to know something as basic as the difference between phone chargers? Really disappointed that I wasted 200 NOK on something I cannot use. I wouldn’t trust the advice of the people who work here as clearly they are not familiar with the products they sell.
