Fjordside Lodge
Fjordside is such a peaceful place and not far from Bergen Centrum. Rita is the perfect host, always making me feel at home. She is ready with directions to the nearest activity or finding someting new for the guest to explore. The apartment is nicely decorated and has a wonderful view of the Fjord. Clean, affordable and just like home. This is a repeat visit to Fjordside and it always feels like my home away from home.

Vanvittig råflott perle, med en gjennomført stemning av ro og fjelltur. Det er nyklippet, vasket og vedlikeholdt i alle kirker og kroker. Skal jeg til Bergen igjen, skal jeg hit, til den nydelige damen som tok oss imot.Den utsikten må oppleves!

We had a wonderful time visiting Norway and the best place we stayed was the Fjordside Lodge. It was warm and inviting and Rita was a wonderful host and story teller, you have to go hear about Fred and his family.She also has a fantastic studio on site. She paints and makes pillows and hats, slippers and scarves. She is a very talented lady!This is a great place to make as your center and go out and see everything around it and there is a lot. And Rita can tell you where it is and how to get there!

Fjordside Lodge
Vi ble godt tatt i mot av vertskapet. Stedet hadde nydelig utsikt og vakker hage. Leiligheten inneholdt alt vi trengte under oppholdet. I tillegg tok vertskapet oss med på guidet tur til museum. Vi følte oss hjertelig velkomne og inkludert i vertsfamilien.

The free" cancellation at this place has cost me NOK 7 800.These scammers refused to accept the cancellation which was made less than half an hour after booking

I stayed in a studio apartment at Fjordside Lodge for almost 2 months. The location was perfect for my work at primary schools in Alver providing easy access to all the schools I visited. There was good private parking and a wonderful garden with a fantastic view. The studio apartment was great for one person and had all the facilities I needed (NB. There are a lot of steps so this could be a problem for some people). The host was flexible and accommodating and dealt with any issues that cropped up.

Nydelig plass og flott vertskap. Utleier har laga sitt eget eventyr i hagen. Eg bur sjølv i utkanten av hardanger så er ikkje veldig lett og imponere men her har de truffet godt for å lage en harmonisk tilværelse. Anbefaler alle og ta en tur å besøke Fjordside lodge. Familien storkoste seg.
