Lett å få avslag i alle saker uansett grunnlag i den første søknaden, i håp om at du ikke sender inn en klage. Du burde klage på alt av vedtak du ikke er enig i. Fikk et vedtak der det sto at jeg ikke hadde en diagnose som er helt KLART dokumenter. ( sendte klage og fristen dems på å vurdere klagen var 6 måneder, 12 måneder etter klagen var sendt inn ble vedtaket endret til innvilget) Nav skal være for de svakeste, men de svakeste har ikke den samme kapasiteten til å kjempe mot systemet. gratulerer, dere har sviktet de mest sårbare i samfunnet. Husk at mange har krav på fri retshjelp i saker mot nav og dersom du vinner en sak mot nav så må nav selv stå for advokat utgiftene.Dersom mange nok benytter seg av advokater vil nav sine utgifter på advokat bli så høy at de ikke lengre er tjent med å gi avslag til folk i håp om at de ikke klager.

Her er de ganske feige og uærlige. Klarer ikke å skape dialoger, ser på folk med avsky, går bak ryggen din, og fatter vedtak med udokumenterte påfunn og påstander. Uansett hvilken politikk man vil føre vedrørende NAV, så er denne adferden og denne måten å gjøre jobben sin på rett og slett ekstremt uprofesjonelt. Hadde man ført dette på CV'en som ansatt hos NAV, så hadde ikke det hjulpet mye for den ansatte i fremtidig jobbsøk.

Virker litt kafkaeskt når man får kontrabeskjeder fra nav Drammen og nav sentral.De kommer med kriminelle anklager uten juridisk bevis i sine interne systemer.

I have tried!NAV is a terribly run organization.I gave 2 stars because it isn’t completely terrible… but it is close!Incompetence is king at NAV.Passing problems onto others is standard.For years, whenever I have gone to NAV, it has been an awful experience. Every time.I do my best to make it work. I want to get in, do what is necessary, and move on. I don’t wish to spend hours on the phone and computer!- You will very often get completely different answers, to the same problem, from each person you speak with.- Be prepared to speak with someone who has very little interest in you and your issue. Not always… but very often.-Be prepared to speak with someone who isn’t knowledgeable or competent enough to help you correctly.Some may say, “ It’s not really that bad, is it?!”Yes, it is that bad.I know there are good people there!But, as a giant governmental service, as a whole, it is terrible.The bad service and bad help is a symptom of a much larger issue. It is understaffed. The workers get low pay. The administration is obviously clueless to see all these problems, day in and day out but do not address them.I am writing this to put on top of a mountain of other genuine complaints about how terribly NAV functions.Maybe what I write will help improve how things are run there? I hope so, but doubt itMaybe I should throw a coin in a fountain and make a wish?-The website is a mess to work with. Lots of time is wasted trying to do what is required. Make sure you plan to waste an extra hour or more because of incompetence and poorly designed webpages, EVERY TIME!!- Don’t expect anyone to offer solutions to help get you through a difficult case. Some may, but don’t hold your breath.-Don’t expect to get anything done quickly.-Don’t expect anyone to be kind or helpful.*******It’s important that you, dear reader, understand I hate having to write this. I really do. I want NAV to function well! We all do.*******Why are so many of my countrymen so tolerant and apologetic of NAV’s ineptitude?!!!I read comments like, “They are doing the best they can.” It is NAV that is responsible for having enough competent people working there. The administration and government are responsible for ensuring that NAV is providing the help it is there to give.If my phone only worked once in awhile, I wouldn’t say that the workers who made the phone deserve some slack and that they were good people. I would say I want my phone to work as it should. Why should anyone say that about NAV? “We didn’t do our job and you aren’t getting the help you need, but I’m a good person and am doing the best I can.” Seriously? Give me a break.The problem starts at the top. This has nothing to do with the “good” people at NAV. Being a good person has nothing to with it. It is a direct result of NAV’s disfunction from the top down.Apologize for NAV and its issues, and nothing will improve.Demand reforms and high standards.Try to get 80%+ of competent administration and staff! And pay them better! Better pay is known to improve the work environment and moral.Most recently, I had to deliver papers that would help my daughter who is in school. This is week #2 and nothing is solved or taken care of! I keep asking for assistance to deliver these papers and have not gotten an answer that is helpful. I have used ca. 2,5 hours on just phone calls. Everything negative I write here has happened to me the last two weeks.It is frustrating to no end.If you’re are told that something was done incorrectly, don’t expect any assistance on how to make it right. Most likely, you will need to send another message or call again to find out what to do next. That can take an hour or more each time! This is what you should expect .Our rights are not contingent upon NAV having enough well trained, well paid, competent, people working there.To those who work there, demand that these issues are addressed. To the people seeking help from NAV, be prepared for a difficult experience.

dårlig opplevelsenav er ikke flinke på å høre etter på hva personen har og si, gjør ting uten og spørre og sammarbeide det er den største svakheten dems og om man ikke sammarbeider bra har man krav på ny veileder men nav drammen blåser i detønsker du en som du kan få hjelp og bra sammarbeid med velg noen andre enn nav drammen
