Very pleased. We booked family canyoing through email, prompt response and also we requested later start for the activity and they accommodated our request with no problems.The canyoing route is great with lots of jumps and slides. We had to walk a bit to the starting point about 15 minutes but nothing too hard. We were given 5mm wet suits which kept us warm.While changing I dropped my bracelet under the cabin flooring and the guide went above and beyond and offered to remove some of the flooring woods to look for it and found it. Then he brought it to my hotel. Such an exceptional service.
