Worst of worst , they are scam artist, we were suppose to have a bus tour that they cancelled on us and than did not give us refund instead told us to do a bike tour.. we were told there will be a guide ..there was no guide and person who dropped us did not even speak English.. tour was scenic but there was no tour.. so not even go with this company.. I thought Norwegian people are nice but not this company

Bei uns hat alles gut geklappt. Die Buchung war allerdings über getyourguide. Wir hatten eigentlich eine 80min Tour gebucht zu den Aussichtspunkten Adlerkehre und Flyalsjuvet aber als wir ankamen wurde uns gesagt, es waren zu wenig Anmeldungen. Man hätte versucht, mich zu erreichen. Kann ich nicht bestätigen. Allerdings konnten wir dann (ohne Aufpreis) bei einer 3stündigen Tour teilnehmen. Die Tour selbst war super, wir hatten auch einen tollen Busfahrer (Angel von Angels Busses) und eine super informative deutschsprachige Reiseleiterin. Von daher gab es unsererseits nichts zu meckern!

An alle AIDA Gäste: Wir hatten Tickets für den Bus, standen relativ früh dort und es drängeln sich unkontrolliert Leute in den Bus so das wir keine Plätze mehr bekommen haben und spätere Gäste einem bekommen haben. So Wir stehen jetzt seit 1 h hier mit zwei Kindern. Die Preise sind überzogen für diese Leistung.Nehmen die definitiv nicht diese Touren sondern die Roten Busse!!!!

Avoid at all cost!Bought a kayak guided tour from there. When I went for the excursion, they told me they had no guides and they will refund me the money. 2 weeks later, I have not received any money from them, nor have they said anything.Overall, I think they are scammers!Later edit.2 weeks after their reply to this comment, still no money. Guess it’s pretty obvious they don’t plan on giving the money back.Later edit (17 August 2022)Got the refund after I've initiated a cashback request from my bank. Still nothing from them apart the generic comment from below.

Ottima organizzazione e guida molto professionale e disponibile. Particolarmente apprezzabile la garanzia di tornare in tempo per la partenza della nave.

By booking the Geiranger Highlights tour on their website I saved a lot of money compared to the cruise ship price. A qualified tourist guide accompanied us in a very nice bus trip that lasted about an hour and a half. All went fine, highly recommended!
