The way they are working is close to torture for us who has to deal with udi. They say if we have any questions we will contact you before making a decision. Twice we are left standing with a decision without being seen or heard of. They way they work is horrible!

De har én oppgave for å bli kvitt deg så raskt som mulig.

Ridiculously long wait time for simplest of documents. Either they should hire more staff or start to care about people’s lives they put on hold.
