Perfeksjon på alle plan. Hvis du er glad i god mat er dette stedet. Her var det veldig høy kvalitet, både på råvarer, maten og service. Jeg visste ikke at det var mulig å få mat i denne klassen i Sarpsborg. Dette var bare en opplevelse uten sidestykke! Anbefales på det sterkeste!

At La Mansion, we were pleased with the overall dining experience. The majority of the dishes were enjoyable, and the service provided was excellent.TartarBeef tartar had a delightful fresh citrus flavor that was complemented by a hint of Dijon mustard and mayonnaise. The addition of capers on top provided a pleasant tanginess. However, we found the size of the beef bits to be a bit too large for our liking, which affected the tenderness of the dish. Overall, while the flavors were enjoyable, some improvements could be made in the cutting and texture of the beef.Snails in garlic butterThe snails were served without their shells, coated with a wonderful garlic butter sauce infused with fragrant herbs. The taste was precisely what one would expect from this classic dish.Coulette of vealThe coulette of veal at was cooked to perfection, with a slight hint of pink in the middle. The meat was tender, flavorful, and paired wonderfully with the creamed champignon sauce. The sauce had a delightful hint of acidity from the white wine, adding a nice balance to the dish.TurbotThe turbot filet was pan-fried in butter, creating a rich and aromatic flavor. It was served in a butter sauce that was complemented by small shrimps, bits of fish pudding, and green peas. Overall, we found the dish to be satisfactory and average in terms of flavor.Coq au vinThe chicken coq au vin was presented atop a silky potato puree, accompanied by a delightful red wine sauce that added a well-rounded acidity to the dish. While the breast was slightly dry on the inside, overall, we were pleased with the flavors and presentation of the dish.
