Asmani Restaurant & Take Away
This place is really excellent. I didn't know much about Afghani cooking, but each dish on the menu is associated with a picture, and it really looks like the food you get.About the food, it was very tasty, with a lot of oriental flavors and in decent quantities. There are a lot of dishes for you to discover.The waiter was nice, and we did not wait much before getting the food we ordered.I really recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner.

En tilfeldighet førte oss hit en søndag i desember; det er meny med fristende bilder på utsiden - og vi lot oss villig lokke!Vi prøvde oss på den innbakte leirgryta og en grillmiks.Maten var akkurat like flott som på bildene og smakte nydelig! I tillegg til å være velsmakende er dette også tydelig svært sunn mat (selvsagt laget fra bunn) med stor variasjon av grønnsaker til!Når sørvisen i tillegg er imøtekommende, kompetent og diskret - så ble dette en jysla bra opplevelse!

HeiVeldig dårlig mat jeg fikk fra dem. Maten var veldig kalde og ikke ferske. Bestilte iskrender og suppe. Pakken er veldig dårlig. Tok kontakt med dem og det var ikke gode med å kommunisere jeg som kunde. Anbefales ikke.

Good food and service. Tasted two platter one chicken item. That was very tasty, chicken was so juicy and tendered. But the beef item wasn’t up to the mark.

I’m Stavanger for work, and tired of white table cloth places for just one person, which is such a time waste when you just want good quality, simple and quick food. This place is perfect! Friendly guys that seem to run it, which is a good start. But the food is so tasty and fresh, their grilled meats taste like it could have been from any of the fancier places, and their vegetables and side dishes are all so fresh. My go to dishes this week has been the warm eggplant, tomato and onion salad, and the Asmani mix grill platter. It normally comes with rice and fresh baked bread, but being on low carb, super easy ask them to hold that, and still fills me up!Could not be happier! Prices are friendly too.

Asmani Restaurant & Take Away
Asmani restaurant had a central location in the center of Stavanger and offered both table service and take away. The portions served were large and the food appeared to be homemade, of good quality and tasted excellent. The price level was acceptable in relation to the quality of what was served and in relation to the general price level in Stavanger. The employees were cheerful and service minded. The restaurant was also clean and tidy, which lifted the overall impression.

Underwhelming food. Ok veg options. Pasha did it better.The staff and their visiting friends literally stared at the pin code I entered when paying. Not exactly unfriendly, but certainly not welcoming.

Good portions, good food, good prices. Definitely a place worth checking out for a good lunch/dinner in an informal atmosphere.
