Bestilte overnatting i forbindelse med Norway Cup 2020.Norway Cup ble dessverre avlyst i år.Verten nekter å la meg kansellere overnattingen ihht. COVID19 siden jeg bor i Norge? Merkelig svar og håpløs kundeservice.- Hold dere unna :-)

OTHER REVIEWERS ARE CORRECT, THIS IS TERRIBLE. DO NOT BOOK OR PAY WITH THEM. The owner of this place treated me in such a disgusting & unforgiveable way, so disdainful and arrogant. Booked & paid well in advance for 10 days stay. Prior to arrival they refused to respond with confirmation. I called them from a Norway number, they instantly hung up 3 times in a row, upon 4th attempt a Russian-sounding woman answered sounding annoyed. Cancelled my booking, she claimed, and only discovered this 24 hours prior; so where was the communication? There wasn't any. She repeatedly kept saying I have no booking

DONT GO HERE IT’S A SCAM, THE OWNER JUST HANGS UP ON YOU AND SAYS IT’S YOUR PROBLEM AND NEVER CONTACTS YOU AGAIN.WE HAD NOWHERE TO STAY AND LITERALLY WERE OUT ON THE STREET.

Very standard room, impersonal. Bad experience with the shower flooded bathroom.But good location, quiet but depends of neighborhood.

Wollte es über Booking.com buchen, war aber ein Scam die versucht haben auf meine Kreditkarte zuzugreifen.

Był problem z dodzwonieniem się ale ostatecznie się udało chociaż było dużo stresu..czysto, ładnie i bardzo dobra lokalizacja

DON’T STAY HERE ITS A SCAM !!! Booked accommodation with them and received a confirmation through booking.com 5 weeks in advance.Arrived just before midnight with 3 young kids with no one there to let us in , tried to phone contact but no one answered the phone . There was another person there to in the same situation they got through and the woman was VERY RUDE !! After phoning booking.com they told us the apartment wasn’t available now even though they had confirmed again earlier that day, so had to find a hotel in the freezing rain with 3 small children. Awful service and I think it’s just a scam to try and take your money. DON’T TAKE THE RISK BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE NOT HERE . I would give no stars but i can’t .
