I adore the clothes, but will never buy a single piece again. I have honestly never experienced such horrendous customer service as I did while shopping through the online Cathrine Hammel store. Due to a mistake the store made (!) when sending my order, I tried to contact the customer service via their hotline but was never able to reach them. Whereas I was able to get in contact with them via email, the responses were inaccurate and slow. All in all, it required a lot of effort and persistence on my part to make things right at the end. Never again.

Never got a reply when I wrote a message to the costumer assistant email they have in the website. In their website says that you can return the items but in the store it's not possible. So, since no one replies to your questions and the prices and policies are not the same in the website than in the store it's hard to trust and buy again.. Plus, you don't get the discount they promise to subscribe..
