Danish chain of daily cosmetics now spreading in Norway .. Many shops in Oslo region

Rude, no trained staff and incorrect labels: On the 8th of August of 2023, I tried buying a mint chewing gum package and the price on the label was 32nok (in the picture). When i was checking the receipt, i noticed i was charged 36nok. So, i showed the staff member and manager at the moment, a 20-22 year boy, the receipt (same picture). When i asked if i could get the overcharged amount back, the boy didnt allow me to buy the package for the original price of 32nok. Surprinsingly, he replied that returning the overcharged amount was not possible and he knew how things should be done in these cases. I mentioned that stores always sell the products with the prices they have in the labels. If the customer is penalized, the store should correct it but not penalizing the customer for facing a mistake from the store. Well, the boy didnt like my comment/suggestion and he just got rude and arrogant saying he was finishing his sales degree and once again that he knew how things work... I mean, HR from Normal should start hiring at least people with some respect for the customers. Or at least train them before they even become managers.PS: Always had a good experience with Normal, but this time i got really disappointed :(
