AVIS Leiebil - Rud

We won't rent here again. The car was good, but we had two problems with the amount charged. First, they initially tried to charge more than the amount shown on the online reservation through Priceline, blaming $150 extra on currency exchange rates. We went back and forth several minutes before they researched and confirmed the lower price - not a big deal. Second, the Rud office said there would be no drop-off fee when I left the car at the Oslo airport (per the reservation), but the airport drop-off location charged over $100 more. I had asked Rud twice to confirm that there was no drop-off fee before I took the car and said I would rent elsewhere if there was one. The airport location refused to even call the Rud location. Their reservation and billing systems are not well linked across platforms and locations. Avis customer service hasn't responded to our emailed complaint. We paid because we had to catch a plane, but we'll avoid renting there again.

Veldig greit å komme dit å trenge en leiebil. Damen som ekspederte var veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig med saken.

Veldig blid dame som møtte meg klokka 7 om morgen, gikk raskt å få unna papir arbeidet og hentet bilen jeg leide. Topp service
