Hard route, you have to start early to finish in time. There are 3x hills that you have to hike up and down two times (once while coming back). Takes 6 hours at least. You do not have to follow the made route as it is very hard. You can find much easier options if you look around. (Sometimes just a few meters). You can even skip the fist hill backwards (go to the right side of it from the stairs). The weather can be tough to beat, but you cannot plan everything... Restaurant closes early so make sure you have your own food. Also buy your magnets and souveniers before the trip. You will need it at the end. There is a restroom (not just in the restaurant). Keep looking for the route on the top as it is easy to miss it and you can get far away by accident. The view is terrifying from the rock. Never seen anything like that before. Definitely worth the pain :)

Prekrasne norveške planine, bilo ljeti ili zimi. Ribolovci, rijeke su bogate ribom. Samo, budite oprezni, vremenske prilike se brzo mijenjaju.-------------------------------Beautiful Norwegian mountains, either summer or winter. Fishermen, the rivers are rich with fish. Just, be careful, weather conditions are changing fast.

The hike was super crowded but the view is worth it. Be sure to wear proper shoes since the path is steep and not easy. Enough water is also recommended but there are multiple possibilities to refill along the way. There might be a line if you want to take the Foto at Kjerak. It is longer in the afternoon so try to get there as early as possible!

This park is spectacular. A dramatic landscapes with magnificent mountains and waterfalls.We went during autumn and the colour of the grass and the forest are really impressive. However, be aware of rainy and stormy weather in this region during this season.We did the Krejag hike on the very windy and rainy day. For a whole day, there were only 2 of us and the other couple made it to the Krejag rock. Bad weather can make the hike really tough and you couldnt see much of the view from the top. But for us, the beautiful landscape during the hike was worth it already.There is a hut in midway of the hike but only for emergency.The trail is quite well marked with red arrow. Just follow the red sign, the metal chain/pole and the stack of rocks then you are in the right track.Parking is 300nok.

Great views of the Fjords without any crowd. Would recommend being very fit to do this Kjerag hike. Absolutely no for small kids, some places require you to climb with hands. Takes about 5hrs round about. You can fill water bottles in the streams, fresh mountain water.

Nice views but a pretty challenging climb/return. A lot of the climb, you only have a chain to support you, and the terrain is quite steep with little support outside the trail. Thankfully, it gets easier after the first climb, but the third climb is still no joke (after the cabin). Be sure to watch the time, it says around 5 hours for the round trip, but we used 6 hours in wet and rainy conditions. Not a trail i would go up/down in the dark. Definitely not for novice hikers.

Frafjordhatten ( 805 moh ) ca 15-17 km rundtur i fjellet. Nydelig men krevende tur.

if u love hiking, its absolutely the place to go. amazing nature, but remember to have good shoes cause it's quite difficult to get up there at some points

No any warnings at the begining that of the route that is realy difficult -very difficult to hike and walk down even in dry weather. No any WC along the route.
