Amazing stay! Nature, furniture and buildings were just dreamy! Just a pity they were renovating the restaurant and we didn't know it in advance so we couldn't eat in. Maybe next time!

A magical stay at Hustadvika Havhotell!I can't help but share my admiration for Hustadvika Havhotell - Norway's true gem! This is a place that leaves only the warmest and kindest memories.From the very beginning, when we first arrived, we were struck by the splendor and tranquility of the surrounding landscape. The location of the hotel is amazing - right on the seafront with breathtaking views of the fjord.The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with excellent design and a skilful combination of tradition and modernity. Attentive staff and high quality service added to our stay a special charm.In terms of food, the hotel's restaurant left no wishes unfulfilled. Each dish was so delicious and creatively prepared that it made our lunches and dinners a real treat.Hustadvika Havhotell is an excellent place that I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a holiday close to nature and loves high quality service. This is a place that leaves a warm imprint on the heart and calls you to come back again and again.Rating: 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Utrolig flott sted, med fantastisk utsikt mot fjellene fra rommene. Betjeningen er utrolig hyggelig og flinke med å tilrettelegge. Anbefaler stedet på det varmeste.

the hotel room was excellent.but the restaurant was bad and pompous.Dinner is optional as a 3 course meal, decided by the chef, at a price of 790 NOK (75 USD. 745 nok for dinner, and unexpected 45nok for water).I was very very dissapointed.1st was a green peas soup. it was extremely too salty and very dense (didn't finish it). The bread was excellent (a hi hydration fuccacia).2nd was a trout fish fillet, with cuscus, brocolli and coliflower. the fish was coocked right, but was missing some kick (maybe if the skin was left on the fish and became crispy). the souce was mild lemony/mustardy, again missing something. cuscus wasnt to my taste. vegetables were steamed. it was too mildly flavoured and all very soft and wett, as if no play in textures or flavours. (didn't finish it as well).desert was a creamy mouse between panacota and brule. a bit too mild.Overall flavours are not good enough, and there all missing textures changes, for eg some crispy touch. None of them made me want to eat more and expect the next bite.I would not recommend this dinner, and it certanly does not worth the very hi cost (75 USD).

very nice traditional food, excellent fish

Very nice hotel in a beautiful place right next to the sea. High quality breakfast, not just mainstream hotel food!The manager was extremely friendly and accommodating.If you like it quiet but still don’t want to miss the convenience of a proper hotel this is the place to go!

Wonderful authentic small hotel in what feels like a remote location but was perfect for exploring the area. The ocean view was perfect and the modern room was brand new and spotless. Great dinner on the evening too

It's beautiful there honestly. The place was renovated in 2021 if I'm not mistaken and they did a great job with the whole thing. I was able to get some footage with a drone and the breakfast wasn't huge but it was good. It's really quiet and nice and the view is absolutely gorgeous
