Great first impression! Lovely service-minded receptionist, who was willing to sort out all that we needed in the apartment. Loved the rooms and the setup. Very much appreciated this place. You make your own food and that is what it is.

Nice Service and the bookable Breakfast is also great and delivered to our Door. Rooms are great and have everything you need. A small kitchen, Fridge etc.We enjoyed our stay and can Only recommend this place even if we had a small issue with the Pet Fee ;)

Mostly self-serve from check-in at computer to remainder of time spent here. There seems to be a welcome desk or “front desk” with people but not sure what they do. Had a one bedroom with suite. Spacious though a bit minimalist in terms of counter space, the rooms could have used more furnishings to set things on especially in the bathroom. Maids came intermittently but not on a predictable schedule. Towels were changed and trash taken out but no vacuuming which was a bit tough during a stay of over 2 weeks.

I have booked this place for two weeks and tonight is my last night. Now it s 9:36 in the morning and there is a construction in the hotel the noise of the drill is in my head. It’s unbelievable. This continued during all time we stayed . They start 8 am and work till 16:00 . I m recording the noise. I will share if I can.

It was very weary the stay in the apartmentWe stayed in it me and my family for almost 5 weeks.It made moving to Norway not a good experience.The rooms was dusty and dirty when we first moved in.Elevator always brake down.It cost 800nok just to get the room clean and after paying that much it wasn’t clean properly.The kitchen system was very very annoying Abdo very hard to handle.The place ya not baby friendly I suffered varying the stroller up and down the stairs everyday.I don’t recommend it at all.

Our room was making this annoying beeping noise and we couldn't figure out why. So we went down to the service office, in which the man who sat there responds with why didn't you tell me sooner". He was mad about it

Great stay. I liked the self-checkin process and hassle free checkouts. We stayed in the studio apartment. Kitchenette facility was good. And we had everything we needed for the stay. Must recommend. Only downside I found was that we didn't find medical kit in the building as all pharmacies were closed after 11 pm and we got injured and services office was closed.

Rooms are quite neat and tidy after the renovation, although the lobby, coridoors and lifts are quite ancient. Apartment staff are horrible. During check-in there are often long lines and heavy waiting times. Strange enough at times when they have no crowds, they still refuse the help guests check-in and force them to use a horrendous self-check in machine.All in all, This place has good potential but needs better staff.

Very comfy studio. Having the kitchenett is really a plus! Great location, only 10 minutes walking distance from old town. Easy to self check-in, but also have friendly staff in reception. Bus stop in front of the hotel, also shops. Restaurant/bar in reception, pizzas are amazing. Highly recommend this hotel. Perfect to work remotely and enjoy the city.

Cute place to stay. Updated and modern. A fan was provided which helped get cool air from outside to move in. We were at the City Center location. Only downside was that there was hardly any warm water. I was showering for maybe 3 min and it got cold in a hurry. BrrWasher was available but no dryer. Dishwasher soap available but no clothes washer detergent available. That would’ve made the difference.
