Yes people in there first line support can be rude or inkompetent. But once you het to real experts your problems will be solved in minutes. No matter how many mistskes made by others one senior lady listened to all my problems and solved issue which my prev employee caused 5 years ago))) dont get discouraged. Try other ways. Find right people

slow and incompetent staff. Going back for the 4th time now because they didn't deliver the d-number by mail. ( they're systems weren't working as intended when I went the 3rd time) .

They never answer calls. Best to send an email. But even then it takes some time to get a answer.
