They treat you fairly, which is not always obvious in the car rental industry. A well-deserved 5 stars.

Enkelt og finne de, da, de er i ankomsthallen. Kan hente ut bil mens du venter på bagasjen. De hadde ikke bilen inne som var booket. Ble oppgradert til en fantastisk Volvo xc60. Topp service og flotte biler. Enkelt og greit. Kommer lett tilbake hit. Veldig kort fra ankomsthallen til parkeringen der bilen sto. Enkel levering av nøkler nå man er ferdig.

The attention from Ingrid was very nice, she was very helpful and kind. The car was in good conditions, latest model and working fine. Overall the experience is not bad.HOWEVER, there are extra payments they DO NOT warn you before going, you get to know it when picking up the car: you will have to pay EXTRA €30 because of the management of the toll/parking/ferry payment of the car, and also they take extra €300 at the beginning, from which they will then take the corresponding money of tolls, parking, or ferry that you will use during the rental time (all this is done automatically, as there is a chip in the car that gets scanned each time you use a toll road or something similar, so you don't actually pay anything yourself at the moment of using roads, parking or ferry).Funny fact: after 10 rental days, I payed €170 worth of tolls, parking, ferry.. which I accept, but when I called to get a detailed list of concepts for what I was charged, the roads, parking or ferry that we used, I got told that they cannot provide me with such details. Pretty much you pay, but you don't know what you pay for, just pay :)

Har leid bil der to ganger, og begge gangene så måtte jeg betale for nesten usynlige skader som var der fra før som jeg ikke så når jeg overtok bilen. Se nøye gjennom etter skader og ta mange bilder for å dokumentere tilstanden før du overtar.

Except one strange incident during picking up the car (which should be on sunday afternoon, instead was on monday morning, but luckily it didn't postpone or ruin our plans), everything went smooth. We received better car in the same price, because the one we picked and reserved long time before the day of pickup was not avaliable at this time. The car was very nice - it was hybrid Toyota Prius, well cared inside and outside, very economic car and with automatic gear. We had it for 4 days, returned it in pristine condition (same as picked). 2 (working) days later we received our deposit back in almost full amount (minus payments for some roads, ca 50e). Overall everything was fine.
