Bad service, we have been told that if we took an Electric car the toll with be free, but it was not true. We had to pay 250 euros more on our bill. Thank you Avis.

Very bad and untrusted service. I have reserved and paid for an SUV. They took the money and gave the car to someone else. I had the wait 3 hours for them to find a new car which messed up our travel plans. Then they find a lower segment car and said that they would payback the difference after the car is dropped of. It is been 3 weeks and they did not payback anything. I have called them 100 times but no one is answering. DO NOT TRUST AVIS/BUDGET in Norway, (Reservation #: 10029451TR5)

We booked a vehicle with Budget car Norway and somehow got put in an electric vehicle.We asked this to be changed which could not be done..Advice: do not get an electric vehicle in Norway or anywhere for that matter.What a disaster this is and our holiday has been ruined because of this car.No charging stations and no info on how to get your car charged up!Un ffing believable at 800 Australian dollars for 3 days.

Hadde bestillt bil, men de hadde ingen ledige da jeg skulle hente. De kom etter 2 timer med en bil, men sa plutselig at det var noe galt med bremsene så den kunne jeg ikke få. Den neste bilen fikk jeg tatt ut, og kjørte av gårde med, men der var det veldig mye kast i bremseskivene så jeg snudde og leverte den. Jeg fikk mulighet til å vente enda 30min for å endelig få bil, men da var jeg lei og sa jeg heller ville prøve å få pengene mine tilbake. Det kunne de ikke hjelpe med så det må jeg ta med budget sentralt. Skal du leie bil i Oslo bør du unngå dette kontoret.

Got the car i booked and it was plug-in hybrid which was great and saved me a lot of money over fuel. Smart toll road and ferries payment and great service from a nice lady (was on july 25th morning) which helped me be sure i won't pay twice for insurance that i pre-ordered.Fast pick up and drop off, great car and service even though i was scared of previous reviews.

Apparently this office closed during our rental period and Avis/Budget were not able to inform us about the move. Very bad customer service!! We had to pay for toll roads twice because of this!!!

Excellent customer service, especially with Alicjia. In the middlle of last July she helped me and solved my critical problem while I was a tourist with my family. I would like to extend my thanks and gratitude to her and wish her a happy life as she is an example of a successful smart employee.

We paid for a premium SUV which on the website says a volvo and we were offered a Hyundai or a Mazda which to me, seem like wildly different classes. We were told that there were no Volvos available and that’s why we weren’t able to rent one but when we went out to the parking garage, there were 2 Volvos sitting right there.
