Even though I arrived before 6pm and the door was open, the employee told me I couldn't quickly check out a coat because he had washed the floor. The store manager contacted me within an hour to apologise and offer to open the store on a Sunday! I met the store manager, who could not have been more helpful and another day I met the original employee, who apologized and was great. Everyone makes mistakes! Cool little boutique, selling well-designed gear
