Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, Oslo

Fantastic location, helpful staff, good and comfortable rooms (especially by Norway’s standard), and nice facilities - gym, sauna, pool, a nice touch.The bathtub/ shower wasn’t very ergonomically designed but didn’t bother us as none of us had mobility issues.Probably the best hotel we stayed in this trip!

Excellent hotel in fantastic location. Right next door to a bus station and a short 1 min walk across a pedestrian bridge takes you into Grand Central Station. Out the front of this station is central Oslo, a really vibrant and busy area with dozens of restaurants, bars and shops etc. Also, it's directly opposite the harbour, where you can take a cruise out across the fjord, or see the architecturally stunning Opera House and the Munch Museum, to name just a few.Rooms were a decent size and comfortable, with great views from the higher floors. We were on Floor 22.I've read some complaints about the breakfast provided, but we thought it was fabulous, with a massive range of every type of food you could want, including an entire gluten-free section. The Bar and Restaurant on the top floor provides fabulous views out across the city.My only minor issue was with the shower. Not great in terms of power but also that you had to climb across quite a wide bath frame to access it. Wouldn't be ideal for anyone with any sort of mobility issue. However would 100% recommend as choice of hotel, particularly for the central location.

This hotel was very nice to stay at. The views are really good no matter the side of the hotel you have the room and it is conveniently located next to the train station and other public transportation. With a short walk, you can experience a lot of dining and shopping in Oslo. Lastly, breakfast was exceptionally tasty. Bear in mind that they are very busy, so the reception is often slow. They also charge quite a bit if you need to valet your car.

God strl på rommet, fine rom! Aircon vet jeg ikke fungerte helt ettersom jeg fortsatt var varm selv om temperaturen var satt ned på 16.5°c.Badekaret var litt før høy for en med litt korte ben, så følte jeg måtte klatre for å komme meg inn for en dusj. i tillegg til at det ikke var noe som kunne sikre at man ikke sklei i badekaret.Ellers god frokost, rene rom og god service!

Forferdelig sted.Vi ble frastjålet legitimasjon, vi har bilde av pass men til tross for svært lite tydelig beskjed om det godtar de ikke at vi får sjekket inn uten legitimasjon selv om vi kan legitimere oss på alle mulige digitale måter og har bilde av pass.Der står vi med gråtende baby på armen , men de nekter og hjelpe og er direkte frekke med oss.Forferdelige ansatte som bruker alt for mye parfyme. De nektet å gjøre noe som helst for å hjelpe.Der står vi med gråtende baby uten tak over hodet.Jeg har bodd på radisson i Oslo før og burde lært leksen Der var det også helt forferdelige resepsjonister.Styr unna radisson!!Toalettene deres var også forferdelig skitne og ekle. We requested early check in and they did it before 3 hours, guy on the reception was friendly and professionally. Amazing view terrace on the roof. Room is not fresh but compared to Dubai, very high quality.

Great central hotel with nice roof top bar restaurant. Premium Rooms have nice size, good views (from 13th floor) and ok amenities. Good all around breakfast. On the minus WC is quite small and the adjacent area has the local drug addicts population (but not a safe concern as they are under police watch).

Great location in the middle of everything. Walk through the station and you arrive at the Munch museum and the Opera. The hotel is a good 4 star experience. We loved the dinner at the top floor restaurant. Great, modern system to manage the elevators. The room was really good, spacious and well equipped, but with a big let down due to the absence of AC. Not what you expect from a premium hotel experience in 2023. Breakfast was really good, a bit crowded though so try to avoid the rush hour.

Great location and rooms are nice. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was large and had a big tub. It also had a heated towel rack. The step up into the tub was quite large so if you're unable to do that I'd request a room that doesn't have that. Ended up with a great view of the city. I decided the add the breakfast option which was well worth it! The hotel is basically next to the central train station. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was great. Comfortable bed, just a bit too soft. Nice linens and towels. No a/c, which was a problem since temps were a high of 26 C everyday we were in Oslo. Though we were at the hotel for four nights and asked to have the room cleaned, it never happened. I was able to get towels delivered on the second night, and then though we were gone all day and did not leave a do not disturb sign or the sign opting out of having the room cleaned, it was untouched when we returned late in the evening. Quite discouraging.
